Each Membership Plan starts with a full facial consultation with one of our clinicians, which enables us to tailor a treatment programme to be designed specifically for you.

Each plan level provides a fixed number of treatments and benefits, and allows you to spread the cost of your treatments over 12 months.

Rejuvenation 1  Dermal Filler Base Plan

Suitable for Iow maintenance skin £44 per month for 12 months.

Rejuvenation 3 Enhanced Anti Wrinkle Plan

Suitable for skin types in need of intermediate maintenance £99 per month for 12 months

• Biannual skin consultation

How do I join?

We start with a free facial consultation to assess your skin condition and health, from which we set a treatment plan and select a membership tailored to the needs of your skin.

How long will my membership last?

All facial rejuvenation packages are contracted over 12 months. After which, you have the choice to renew your existing package, or we would delighted to advise you on alternative treatment programmes tailored to your needs.

How will payments be processed?

Payment will be taken by direct debit from your bank on the 1^st day of each month of your membership, via our practice flexible payment plan.

Any supplementary skincare products purchased will be charged at the point of receipt.  Facial aesthetic treatments in addition to the ones included in your package will be processed with a 10% discount, and are chargeable on the day of treatment.

If payment is defaulted we will contact you to arrange payment.  If default of payment occurs twice we will contact you to take payment of two months for your plan to continue, or alternatively we reserve the right to cancel your plan and charge the full fees of treatments received at date of cancellation.

Alteration of monthly payments

If your plan is ongoing, your Practitioner may review your monthly payments at any time if your treatment changes, with your agreement.  If monthly direct debit payments change you will be given one month’s notice.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring you continue to make your payments for the plan you hold.   It is your responsibility to attend the practice to receive treatment paid for by the plan.  If you do not attend for treatment as agreed, your plan may be cancelled and you may not be entitled to a refund from the practice.

Cancellation Policy

You have a 14 day period after your initial sign up to cancel your membership, and you will only be charged for any treatments and products received during or subsequent to that consultation.
